Hey there everyone! My name is Laurie and I am one of the 10+- ladies that has recently joined. We are all doing Jorge Cruises The 3 Hour Diet and we hope to get to know you all better!!

How do we go about getting a club set up, if its possible?

Hope everyone is seeing great success traveling down this long road of weight loss!

Hey, guys. Glad to see you made it here! This site is really easy and, best of all, free! How has it been going for everyone the past couple of weeks? Not so great here - way to many parties and celebrations!! Now today I found out I have to have an MRI on this pesky knee. I have only gained 3 since I left, but that is still too many. Glad to have some of the old group here for some much needed support!
