    exercise: 30 minute Power Walk = 2 miles
    July = 6 miles

    Lunch- grilled fish, okra and tomatoes

    snack- ww apple cake (organic)

    Supper- ww grilled cheese and 6 oz organic skim milk

    snack- 8 organic ww crackers and lowfat cream cheese

    breakfast:
    1 wheat toast - 50
    1 c cheerios - 120
    1 c 2% milk - 120
    2 coffee - 100

    lunch:
    soup - 300
    cf diet coke - 0

    m&m's - 200
    fudgsicle - 40

    supper:
    baked nachos - 400

    exercise: 30 minute Walk & Jog = 2.5 miles
    July = 8.5 miles

    Lunch- grilled fish, okra and tomatoes

    Supper- 1 slice ww bread and all fruit, and a whole wheat organic apple bar

    Snacks- baked turkey pepperoni and 1 1/2 organic ww chocolate chip cookie,6 oz organic skim milk and a yogurt

    breakfast:

    peanut butter - 100
    1 c 2% milk - 120
    2 coffee - 100

    lunch:
    small cup of gumbo - 200
    cf diet coke - 0

    fudgsicle - 80

    supper: chips & salsa - 300

    exercise: 30 minute 2 Mile Walk Aerobics
    July = 10.5 miles

  • Thursday

    Breakfast- 2 eggs and 7 strawberries

    Lunch- organic whole wheat chocolate chip cookie and 4 oz organic skim milk

    Supper- a little lean taco meat and some cheddar cheese and a ww totilla with salsa

    snacks- a organic expresso bar..(yum)
  • Breakfast- 1/2 cup sbd cereal and 4 oz organic skim milk

    Lunch- 2 slices ww bread and 2 tbls natural smuckers and 1 1/2 tbls peanut butter

    snack- 1 wworganic chocolate chip cookie and 5 oz organic skim milk

    Supper- ww spagetti with organic ragu YUM YUM and 1 oz lean ground beef

    snack- whole wheat organic fruit bar, and maybe another organic cc cookie and 4 oz organic skim milk

    LOTS of good for you carbs today....will be interested to see how the scale looks come morning
  • Down 1/2 pound today...I knew eating the right carbs didnt cause weightgain...and I proved it

    Breakfast- 2 eggs and a wholefoods suppliment

    snack- okra and tomatoes (got more out of dads garden)

    Lunch- ww peanut butter and all fruit jelly sandwich

    snack- ( have a baby shower today so we will see if they have anything I can eat ) am going to bring a ww all natural organic peanut butter granola bar with me just incase) oh and my own water

    Supper- grilled fish, boiled squash, more okra and maybe a few more tomatoes

    my before 6 snack- a ww chocolate chip cookie and 6 oz organic skim milk LOVE THESE!!!!!!

    shrimp & noodles - 300
    cucumbers - 40

    exercise: 60 minute WATP = 4 miles
    July Miles - 14.5

    Sundays menu-

    Lunch- veggies- broccoli, brussel sprouts, and cabbage and a few peas

    snack- ww organic fruit bar

    Supper- okra, tomatoes, and fish

    snack- ww organic chocolate chip cookie with 6 oz organic skim milk

    I make myself quit eating before 6:00 pm and it really seems to help ...and I eat one whole wheat cookie a day to reward myself for doing well ...it is a treat I look forward too all day I am still in awe that a ww cookie can taste this good

    is it a big cookie? since you only have one? how many calories? do you know?

    I've gotten to where I look forward to the 40 calorie fudgesicles you mentioned. I have a box at home and at work so I can grab one when I am craving some chocolate! they are so good!
  • I love the fudgesicles too

    The cookies are 120 calories a piece and they are pretty big...I get them at the healthfood store the brand is Health Valley Double Chocolate Chip cookies (organic)
    ww flour is the first ingredient...they are delicious
