  • Hi Ladies,

    I picked some roses today that I can smell, so hopefully I'll get my appetite back. this could be construed as or depending.

    breakfast:

    lunch:
    santa fe beans and rice w/extra salsa 5/6
    yoghurt 2/8

    dinner: guests for dinner so:
    roasted tuscan pork loin :garlic, rosemary, sage
    sauteed chard-balsamic vinegar and shallots
    mashed potatoes
    ravioli w/ porcini mushrooms
    insalata mista
    a nice barolo or chianti
    fruit
    hors d'ouvres? not for me, but gotta make something- bruschetta w/pesto or white bean paste

    exercise: dog putters
    gym: perhaps

    water: hopefully, but probably not
