221, down 3.5 pounds from last week.
I had expected to have some loss from losing my TOM bloat, but I also had a 4 day weekend, so I'm pretty shocked at this number. And more than a little tickled pink.





. Also, I have a little additional water weight still on from the TaeBo (arms, abs mainly) workout I did yesturday - still nursing my poor knees.
. The power walking is also doing great.
