They are considered nuts and nuts must be limited. They are high in calories. Check out the Food List in the FAQ if you've not already done so. Soy beans are limited too. When soy beans are roasted, they shrink so the daily serving is 1/4 cup.
I was gonna say I tried them the other day and didnt like em at all. I am addicted to my almond munchies. I get them and then put them in tiny little ziplock baggies so I dont go over bc if I eat them out of the bag I will eat them all!
