I looked in the newbie handbook thread thingamajig, and in South Beach FAQ and couldn't find an answer...when was the list revised? Is there a new version of the book I should (or could) buy? We have both the SB Book and the SB Cookbook, but purchased them quite a while ago.
And from what I gathered from the revised this posted on here...it would be okay to have a Slimfast low-carb shake for breakfast, am I right? I have issues getting down food in the morning, and being able to have that would ensure that I got down nutrients and 190 calories right off in the morning.
