Hello dahlings... This is my first time posting, though I've been reading this board for some time now and I feel as though I know many of you already. I love this site!!
So anyway, I wanted to share with you some of my short term goals and to ask what some of yours are. My very first goal is to notice that by eating right, exercising and taking a daily vitamin (not to mention drinking plenty of H2O!) I am healthier. I think I'm close to this one already- I'm 4 weeks into the program and my skin looks better, I have more energy, I am sleeping better... Another goal that may be longer in the coming is to enjoy exercise- but I believe it will happen! I can't wait for the day to come when I look forward to my exercise time as time for myself, and something that I enjoy rather than do because I must.
As for challenges, well, I am a full time grad student and it is summer, so I'm challenging myself to lose as much as I can by the time classes resume at the end of August. I have no idea what to estimate- can I lose another 10? Another 20? I have no idea. But this time I'm not letting numbers be my only guide, that's why this one is a challenge, not a numerical goal.
How about y'all? What are some short term goals that you've set or that you've already accomplished?

But this is the first time I am actually excited about losing weight and taking care of myself.
