
It feels good to eat something I want and have total control over it, though. Normally I would have been like "Oh crap, I've been so deprived...6 pieces for me!" But I ate 2 pieces of toast, and was completely full, and very satisfied. I'm a couple pounds down from the first week of phase 1, and now we're both startin' over tomorrow.
Anyone else beginning tomorrow or in the next few days?
