Posting this here too, 'cause I know there are some WW folks here who don't necessarily go to the WW section.
I had a total pigout last night. Ironically, I made it through two days of BBQs without going over my points, except for a few flex points. But then last night I ate everything in sight. But I'm not here to complain. It happened, it's over. On to bigger and better things. But I do want some advice. I'm going to figure that last night used up all my flex points plus some (yeah, it was THAT bad). So I figured if I stick to 22-point days Wed, Thu and Fri, I'll eat the same amount of points that I would have if I had done my regular 30 a day plus the flex points. Does that make sense? Or should I just eat my regular 30 a day and take what I'm sure would be a gain? Suggestions anyone?
Hi Maggie, I'm not on WW now, but have been (successfully) in the past. My advice would be to just write the day off and act as if you had eaten the points you planned for. Then continue on for the rest of the week as if the day had never happened. Otherwise you'll feel deprived and maybe end up binging again! One bad day doesn't necessarily mean a gain.

I would suggest eating a slightly reduced diet for the next couple days. Nothing to induce starvation but just to balance things out. I had a bad day hmm Monday? Did a few reduced cal days and Im back on track 100%

I think I would try and analyze what triggered the food binge.. Were you tired, angry, hungry, nervous.. etc.
I know the last time I went off course I was stressed and tired.. I finally just went to bed at like 2 in the afternoon rather than continue what would have been a binge.
It's in the past.. dust yourself off and start anew!
