New Chick on the Beach!

  • Hi Fellow Bathing Beauties!

    I'm new to 3FC, but I love it already! I spent a good part of my "work" day browsing all of your supportive and informative posts. This is my 3rd or 4th time on the beach - earlier attempts were half-hearted and never lasted more than 5 days or so.

    But this time, it's SERIOUS. I'm moving to L.A. in a couple of weeks and want to be really beach-ready!

    Any suggestions on how to really "kick-start" the weight loss? I want to be healthy, but I also want to lose fast!!!!!

    You'll have the best success if you follow the plan without cheating. And drink your water!
    Take a good look through the FAQ... there are lots of great suggestions and recipes there.

  • Welcome Glamourgirl! I second the water comment.....drink tons. It will keep you from retaining water which can mask true weight loss. This diet really works and it's healthy. Get ready to get skinny !!
  • Welcome Glamourgirl. I have only been on the program for 4 days now and I'm lovin it. So far I have lost 8 pounds and I feel great. Before you know it you will be that skinny chick on the beach. Hang in there

  • Welcome to the Beach! It may be hard for you to lose fast though since you don't have very much to lose. It will probably depend on how you have been eating previously.
