Just had to share this, as silly as it is! The past couple of months, I've gained a little weight...like 8 or 9 pounds. Been really bothering me, because it seemed like nothing I would do helped. ), what astonished me was I can actually see my knees now! I mean, when I stand up, my knees kind of sink into the fat of my upper thigh....I hated it! Now they are starting to show themselves! My pants are fitting better and loser and my legs are starting to get firm and actually starting to look GOOD! Even my husband has noticed and won't stop touching my legs! Just had to share this little victory. It's enough to keep my going!
