1st week on Phase 1..

  • Hello fellow beachers!

    Tomorrow will be entering 2nd week on phase 1 ..and I am proud of myself that I manage so far okay on this phase..although, had breads on saturday, but am back on track. Next Wednesday, will me my ending of phase 1 and adding good carbs into my diet again, can't wait..miss having fruit and my oatmeal. I am still counting the days lol.

    I lost 1 Lb,which the total for the week so far is 8 Lbs!!! I am thrilled and excited on how SBD is showing me results! I am hoping next week I will be aweigh from 400's mark and continue on this journey.

    Welcome to the South Beach boards. Congrats on coming over to the "beach side". You will just love this way of life/eating. Its really easy to follow and healthy.

  • Congrats too but I must say, you should really be CHEAT FREE on Phase 1 in it's entirety in order to gain the full two weeks of benefits from the de-tox...
