Unheardkoala, I'm sure at least some of that's water! Great job on deciding to nip it in the bud and resuming your healthy habits.
I didn't lose anything, despite an overall average of 1620 very healthy calories, drinking an average of 130 oz. of water daily, and exercising 4 days. I was worried that this might happen -- I've heard a lot of stories of people having a really hard time losing their chemo weight. I'm really disappointed, but NOT SWAYED. I'm eating well and exercising not just to lose weight, but to have a healthy body also. I'm sure the weight will come off eventually.

Right?? So I'll just keep on keeping on, and at some point my body will realize that it's cells are no longer in danger, relax, and begin to give up the weight. And in the meantime, I'll be giving it the gifts of great nutrition and exercise.
