I had a big family party at my house this weekend, and I didn't even count my points up for the day... I knew I was probably way over. I had a hamburger, lots of watermelon, one serving of potato salad, one serving of pasta salad, some cheeseball and crackers, some cookies.... you get the idea. I tried not to go too crazy with food, but, I decided not to stress too much about it, either. I was just afraid that by today I'd be starting over again.
I also haven't been able to go to the YMCA, or out walking, for about four days now due to the weather and getting ready for the party. So, my only real exercise has been some vigorous house cleaning.
However, I am happy to report that two days after the party I've weighed myself and I did not gain at all.
