I've been pretty close to perfect up until now...I started Tuesday....and I haven't had much problem. Being all gung-ho about it made it easy. But for some reason, today, I can't take it! I swear, every piece of food I see looks like heaven. I need to figure out how to stick to it! HELP!

I know! chew gum! drink sb approved beverages with lots of ice and a straw to keep your mouth busy!

I have days like that too! You just have to get through it. Try to find an activity to occupy youself. It's tough, but you can get through it! You'll be so happy you did tomorrow!

Well, I indulged a little...I had a slice of piece. The good news is, it was literally about 1/4 inch wide. I also had one bite of cookie dough ice cream. I feel naughty, but I didn't do anything to ruin my diet and I satisfied my craving. I guess that's a good thing.

I'm gonna get on the treadmill in a while instead I think...quite the opposite of eating junk.

omg!!! i started last sunday so today is day 7 for me and i was fine untill about thursday then all i wanted to do is order a pizza hida and eat the whole thing by myself!!! but i didnt andyesterday and today were much easier!!!

Well, I've done pretty well...I feel like I'm going through some drug detox though! Lol, my family is out of town overnight so I don't have anyone to tell me no!
