  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce added

    Lunch: Spoon sized shredded wheat with skim and Splenda

    Snack: Chocolate banana smoothie

    Dinner: Spring mix salad with tomatoes and mushrooms and Core homemade FF Thousand Island dressing; Porterhouse steaks cooked on the grill, fresh steamed broccoli, and baked potato with FF sour cream

    Snack: SF/FF pudding
  • breakfast: not hungry; had a glass of Crystal Light Ruby Red

    lunch: black beans with FF cheese and sour cream; salad with strawberries, feta cheese, balsamic vinaigrette dressing

    dinner: hamburger patty with tomato and onion; Bush's vegetarian baked beans with SF Log Cabin syrup, BBQ sauce, mustard and diced onion added.
