Saucy BBQ Pork Skillet

  • This recipe calls for pork chops, but you can substitute tenderloin.

    4 pork chops
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 sliced onion
    1 sliced green pepper
    1/2 cup bbq sauce

    Brown pork in oil on med heat 5 min. on each side. Remove from skillet; keep warm.

    Add onion and pepper to skillet. Cook and stir 5 min.

    Add BBQ sauce. Bring to a simmer. Return pork to skillet. Spoon sauce over top. Simmer 3 to 5 min or until heated through, turning pork once.
  • Just make sure to use a low-carb no sugar added BBQ sauce.
