I just called little DD's cell phone and left a message saying "I'm lonely and bored, so if you and your friends want to go to dinner tonight, call me and I'll take you AND I'll pay."

So pathetic!

I just want to know if she calls you! I think it is sweet.

Awww ... actually I gave up before I finally reached her. She left her check stand at the store and went to work in the bakery for a while, so eventually she was able to answer. Meanwhile, I went to the corner bar and got a hamburger, which I ate half of and went ewwwww.

Now she's home but probably leaving in a while. Big DD should be home soon too; Judd won't be here until tomorrow sometime. I think I'll watch Meet the Fockers and go to bed early.

Dh and I just watched that today. It was really funny, I thought, although crude in some places. But, what can you expect from the Fockers?

I'm watching the Sox game. They're playing Oakland so the game just started about 25 minutes ago. We'll be up late.

we're just hanging around watering grass and roses. curtis built me another shelf in the storage room downstairs. (of course, it's for core goodies.)
