...and I went about all of this backwards.

So, I'm Cara. Great to meet all of you! I posted my profile and posted to a few threads but it never even occured to me that I needed to introduce myself. DUH! Anyway, I've been on Weight Watchers since Jan. 8th of this year and have so far lost 53.5 lbs with 83.5 left til I'm at my goal weight. I'm not really thinking of that though because if I do I get discouraged. It all seems so far away, so I'm taking it 10 lbs at a time. I just started Jazzercise on Monday and the planis to go at least 5 days a week. I'm loving it! Somehow I think there must have been a Rockette inside me dying to get out! Anyway, I weigh in on Saturday mornings so I'm kinda eager to see how this week with exercise will change my weigh ins. I know I may gain because of adding muscle but I sure hope it's a loss. In the end, I know it will be.
