I used to be able to eat salads on diets, but since gallbladder surgery a few years ago, can't tolerate lettuce- bummer. Does anyone here do the McDougall 12 Day, or Maximum Weight Loss plan?
Vegetarian, mostly vegan- but I do like the occassional mayo on a sub, or cheese on a veggie burger.
Is there a clothes swap here?
