Last night was my weigh in and I lost 1.75 pounds. It's a good thing June has 5 weigh in's or I wouldn't have met my July 4th goal. I still like a pound. I'll make it somehow. I have to lose next week to have a weight loss for every weigh in for this quarter.
Teagranny...Congrats on the 65 pounds that you've lost. I'll be glad when I get that much gone. I think I'll be really feeling better and getting around much better.
Eleni...I sure hope your feeling better now. I know just what your talking about when you just can't get enough to eat. I ate for too much after the meeting last night. I've go into a habit of doing that every week and I need to break it.
Christian...Your doing quite well getting off the sugar. I haven't got off all sugar, I have some once a week on Thursday night.
MyChoice2bfit...I think you have the right idea about thinking of the life style and not the food so much. After next weigh in I'm going to start in that line of thought.
jillybean720....You are so right you do have to get out of a vacation mentality. I just never know if it might lead to me gaining all that I've lost and more back. That's why I need to get out of this "I just weighed so I can eat all I want tonight and I'll have 6 more days to whip it off mentality."
