Hi, My name is Jayme and I am 20 years old. I have been quite depressed lately partly because of my weight. I started my diet on Sat. and have been working out since Oct. However, I am a very impatient person and it is hard for me to stick to something when I dont notice a change immediately. I am really hoping that WW works for me and I am able to drop the weight.

I read what you wrote, and my heart goes out to you. I am currently overweight, but looking for the best ways to drop as much as I can. I can relate to the depression, I experience it as well when the results I want aren't as fast as I'd like them to be. I am currently beginning a workout routine (yoga & rowing) but I seem chained to my scale everyday. If I lost a pound great. If I plateau, then I seem to want to just throw up my hands and grab a pint of Ben & Jerry's. I think I'm gonna get the willpower to throw the scale away, a good friend of mine said to use a measuring tape to gauge my progress. We'll see if I can!
