Wacky Wednesday Menu, June 22, 2005

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and fresh strawberries stirred in

    Lunch: Corn cakes before I go to the ballgame

    Ballgame: Had nothing at the game but 24 ounces of water!

    Dinner: Salad with turkey burger (points for bun). I'll be trying to ignore the fact that everyone else will be eating pizza.

    Snack: Farina made with skim and splenda

    Snack: Crustless Strawberry Pie

    d--mexican polenta pie, salsa, ff sour cream

    B--fruit salad, caffeine free diet coke
    l--grilled mahi mahi, carrots, green beans, water chestnuts, ketchup
    s--banana cream pudding made with ff sc, ff milk, cool whip, and sf/ff van pudding mix, bananas, and granola made with cookie dough sf/ff syrup (0 calories) the whole batch is 10 pts because of ff cool whip.
    d--mexican polenta pie, salsa, ff sour cream
    s--prob more pudding and also fruit salad
  • Breakfast: egg mcmuffin, hash browns, coffee w/cream

    Lunch: mexican rotini casserole
    sf/ff strawberry vanilla yogurt

    Snack: apple, popcorn, diet pepsi (taking dd to therapist appt and packing up some snacks - wish I had remembered to pack my library book!)

    Dinner:?? have some salmon in fridge - maybe grilled teriyaki salmon? w/stir fried asian veggies (freezer bag!).

    Snack: off to a meeting tonight - should be some fresh fruit there?
