I can't believe it's almost 10 and no one did a menu thread. That is NOT a good sign for today's eating!
Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in
Lunch: LO turkey made into turkey salad with a cut up tomato
Snack: Chocolate Cherry smoothie
Dinner: White Chicken chili and corn cakes that I didn't make yesterday
