  • b: raisin bran w/skim milk (I know its not core but I am eating it as core for now b/c it was in the pantry, needed to be eaten, and I have trouble w/bfast anyway)
    l: a little tex-mex chicken salad w/romaine lettuce, a rice cake (1pt)
    s: applesauce
    d: bad, bad things at Chili's
    s: bad, bad drink at Starbucks
  • Boy do I need to plan ahead w/the weekend I had!

    Breakfast: sf/ff yogurt, 1 banana, decaf w/light cream

    Lunch: 1 broiled hamburger patty, green peas
    4 slices fresh pineapple

    Snack: 1 apple

    Dinner: ww spaghetti w/chicken veggie tomato sauce (onions, mushrooms, carrots, peas, tomatoes, and some feta cheese w/sauteed sliced boneless/skinless chicken breast)
    strawberries, lf cool whip

    Snack if required: cereal w/milk

  • On the way to work: coffee with French Vanilla LF cream

    Breakfast: tuna salad (ewwwww! for breakfast??? )

    Lunch: grilled chicken breast and broccoli

    Dinner: coleslaw with broiled shrimp mixed in

    Snacks: light string cheese, green olives, diet A&W
  • b--oatmeal, strawberries, splenda, ff milk
    l--twice baked chicken breast, corn on the cob, green beans
    s--banana
    d--buffalo chicken (did i say that right?), corn on the cob, pinto beans
    s--pb ice box pie (pts)
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in

    Lunch: Scoop of tuna salad, scoop of chicken salad made with FF mayo, and 2 cups fruit fresh fruit salad, couples slices of tomato and cucumber.

    Snack: Chocolate Banana smoothie

    Dinner: White Chicken chili and corn cakes fried in healthy oil

    Dessert: Cheesecake pineapple lush

  • Bfast: Oatmeal, w/skim milk, 1 banana mashed and cooked with it and 2 cups of coffee w/cream and splenda

    (I measure my 1/2 & 1/2 for my coffee and should count it, but I don't - and in all the years with WW it's never hurt me)

    Lunch: LO grilled hamburger patty, coleslaw and ww pasta salad w/broccoli and cauliflower in it.


    Snacks and Dinner - not sure yet and I need to go grocery shopping!!!

    L: LO meatloaf, maybe a salad
    S: nectarines
    D: shrimp and avocado salad
    S: yogurt and fruit

    X: 30 minutes (hopefully mostly running) of combo run/walk
  • scratch my menu. i took the day off. i'll be back on track tomorrow.
