I don't usually post on this board, even though I am doing the Atkins Plan. I can usually be found on the 100 pound board, because I had a lot of weight to lose.

So why am I here? I want to thank Dr. Atkins and let you all know that the plan works! In the last year, I have lost 100 pounds. 100! I haven't been hungry, tired, cranky . . . I've been full of energy and loving this lifestyle.

I have a new life thanks to this plan and I will always be greatful to the people at Atkins for making this possible for me. I tried and failed every diet out there. This one just works.

If I can do it, you can do it!

Congratulations! I too am already reaping the many benefits of the atkins approach and I have only been on it for 5 days! I feel so great that even if I didnt lose a pound I would still stick with this woe for my lifetime, I have chosen not to weigh myself until my post partum appointment which is about 3 weeks away. What is so great is that your cravings really do diminish making it much easier to stay on track. I have learned to love water I drink about 80oz a day whereas before I didnt even take a sip of it. and I love how comfortably full I feel after meals not at all bloated and unable to move or feel like I need to losen my clothes to breath kwim? and the advantage products are so filling I cant even finish one bar! anyone can gain so much from following this woe! even if you dont desire weightloss its fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been fighting the wieght loss battle for many years. Twice I have lost over 100 lbs and put it back on. Started the Atkins pricipals this am and am wanting to lose 75 lbs. Need motivation +++++. I am afraid to end up being crippled up like my family members are in the next 20 years. Time to put me first and get very serious. Tried to get a buddy for support but she is not committed till the fall.

I NEED TO START NOW

Hope you guys can help with some motivational words and ideas how you stay on track.
