    I can't believe it. I got on the scale this morning and it said that I had lost 100 pounds! OH MY GOD! Me, who tried for years and gave up each time. I never thought I could do it. But there I was, getting on and off the scale to make sure it wasn't lying to me. It kept reading 185! Because of the wonderful people on this website, all of your love and encouragement, I have a second chance at life. You are all wonderful perople and I am so blessed to know you. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

    I jsut posted on the NSV thread about this but I'll do it here to. That is freaking awesome. I'm so happy for you. You have done an amazing job and deserve to be so proud of yourself.

    LOL, I'm really Australian, and it sounds pretty weird in my Aussie accent!!! But do I care???

    So just to even it up, what a bonza effort sheila!!! (I don't know how that happened, all Aussie women being referred to as sheila, strange!!!)

    Pretty funny! Well, at least you've got a geographical right to use it! Alright, so if the women are all Sheilas, what are the men? I've got a good friend from Brisbane and would love to make him laugh.
