    I'm weighing in at 146 this week, an amazing TWO pound drop! Must be because I started working out *every* day!

  • I weighed in at 152 which is a 1-lb loss--very encouraging! Let's keep with all these healthy plans for the weekend huh?
  • Well I'm up to 171.0. BUT...I'm not too upset. I knew the scale showed 169.5 because I hadn't eaten for 2 days and was really dehydrated since I was sick. So I'm not gonna change my ticker and I'm just gonna have to lose 2 pounds this week to make it go down! I'm still down 2.5 from my weigh in 2 week ago so I'm happy.

  • As of Wednesday I am 214.5 which is 5lbs less than I was a week ago, but I think that has a LOT to do with those wonderful monthly fluctuations.
  • I'm back at 256, but I'm having my monthly visitor so I'm not worried about it. Sorry if that was TMI
  • I'm at 151 which means 2 pound loss for me as well! I think the key this week was I didnt have my one "cheat" meal. Dustin and I were soooo busy this week that we didnt have time to go out, but I do appreciate the nice loss!
  • My "weeks" technically end on Thursdays but I lost 5 pounds between the last 2 Thursdays. I was shocked, I didn't expect to lose anywhere near that much! I weigh myself daily so I knew I was making progress but I was still surprised. I am 222 today.
  • I lost two lbs!!!!!!
