Hello everyone. My name is Kari, I am 22 years old and I am from the Southeastern Michigan area. I currently live with my fiance of 7 years and our two dachshunds (who are pretty much like my babies). I have no children of my own.

I have been a part of 3FC for about 2.5 years - though I am now under a new username since I cannot seem to get into my old account.

I have come here in the past and lost about 50 lbs - but unfortunately gained it all back - plus some.

I currently weigh 316 lbs and I am going to be using the Slim Fast Optima Diet plan that I found by going to the Slim Fast website.

Today is the first day of my plan - and I thought that it would be cool if I could find a 'buddy' who was also on the Slim Fast Plan.

I know everyone needs a little encouragement now and again. I am just looking for an e-mail buddy - someone to chat with - and to keep each other motivated.
