I use LA slims about 4 times a week.

I know they have 20g of protien, but I'm not sure of ther caloric value.

What do y'all use? I'd love to find something cheaper.

The slimdowns are 250 cals ea.

I'm using the Body for Life shakes, 190 calories and 15g protein they are 4.99 or 5.99 for a 4 pack.
