according to web md I have an ideal bmi if I weighed 109lbs that would put me at 18% I am currently 29% I had no idea I could safely be that small! I am going to work my hardest ever!! I just wanted to share that new info ;o) anyone else in a similar weight range and goal?

Also, you should definitely consult your doctor to find out what would be a safe weight and BMI for your age and height.
