I joined a bellydancing class monday and I have to say......its really really .........relaxing. I thought it might be a good thing to do to get some exercise and she uses a lot of yoga too. I had a surprisingly good time! Has anybody tried this before?
I do it about 5 days a week....not by class though, by video. Someday I'll get my arse in there In the exercise area of the board there is a bellydance thread, you should check it out if you haven't already. There is a lot of great info in there.
