They went on easily and I kept them on for most of the night.
I cant tell for sure if I've lost pounds though, because my scale is so cheap its hard to get an accurate read on it. So hopefully I'll be able to get a new one today.I've been doing pretty good. I'm following the WW flex plan where you have a range of points that you have to stay in, and last night was the first night that I went over.... but all the other nights I was on the lower end of the range, so for the week, I am not over the point limit

I've also been taking vitamins, and just feel better already. My goal next week is to really start adding in exercise. This week I tried to focus on stopping my bad eating habits, and next week I want to focus on the lack of exercise.
