Friendly Friday Menu, June 10, 2005

    d: we're finally trying the cornmeal chicken!!, green beans, milk

  • Breakfast: Egg McMuffin, hash browns, medium coke (14 points)
    Lunch: Steak tips and steamed broccoli
    Dinner:

    Snack: plum
  • B - oatmeal, fruit and milk
    S - fruit
    L - baked potato and tuna with soy cheese and veggie sticks
    S - sf ff pudding
    D - bulgur wheat and tofu stir fry
    S - yogurt smoothie
  • I want Kathy's breakfast! It is way better than mine - it was all I could do to control myself and walk away from McDonald's and the coffee shop w/the huge cinammon buns on my way upstairs to my office!!!!

    Breakfast: 1/2 c. lf cottage cheese w/strawberries, decaf w/cream

    Lunch: 2 eggplant pizzas, brown rice
    apple

    Snack: cherries

    Dinner: if there's any chicken left? Otherwise might make some whole wheat spaghetti and use the leftover sauce from yesterday.

    I am in a bad way tho - feeling quite vulnerable and this scares me!

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1 banana cooked in

    Lunch: LO meat sauce over rotini

    Snack: Chocolate cherry smoothie (1 cup skim, swiss miss, 2/3 cup frozen cherries)

    Dinner: Spring mix salad with tomatoes and mushrooms. Not sure about the entree yet. Maybe steak, baked potato, corn on the cob all done on the grill while we SWIM!

    Snack: Popcorn
