    NOte: to any newbies maybe reading, I am not totally LC, I am on a good carbs and modified LC plan. So don't take this menu as example for Atkins eating.

    Romaine -- 2

    Snack:
    Almonds -- 3

  • I follow Protein Power which has a Protein minimum as well as a carb maximum. I use Fitday to track my intake so I will just post totals.

    B: 3 eggs scrambled, 3 strips bacon, cappucino with carb countdown milk

    L: steak, 1 cup strawberries with splenda sweetened whipped cream

    S: cinnamon pecans and almonds

    D: protein shake, 1 piece sugar free candy

    Totals: net carbs: 21, Fiber 5 (which is pitiful), and Protein 133
