Day 2

  • And I'm still doing pretty good! Usually by now I've decided to give up, or cheat.

I'm doing the 'older' WW plan, that I had put together almost 2 years ago. I like it because it makes me pay attention to my portions. I was very proud of myself last night. I had left over pizza for dinner, and I had enough points to eat 2 pieces, but then I wouldn't be able to have anything else for a snack. I actually had 3 pieces left, but I only ate two, and threw the other one away, so I wouldn't even be tempted. And I also did NOT snack at all last night, even though I was so tempted when my boyfriend decided to have ice cream.

so yay for me How is everyone else doing, who was starting this week?

  • Wow that is great!! Skipping night time snacking is one of my personal goals because there is no real physical reason to do it and I always eat too much. Getting rid of tempting foods is a really good idea.

Yesterday, I ate a moderate amount of high fat food (not so good) but today has been much better and I feel like I'm back on track. I didn't eat ANY candy at work, and that is a big deal for me.
  • way to go! I am on day 6 myself, and haven't cheated yet either and I am like you, usually by day 2 or 3 I give up...but my motivation is still really strong
