  • Hi Everyone
    Did everyone have a great weekend. We didnt do much. On Saturday. Went to KMart. Needed a few things. Washed some clothes. And that was about it. Then yesterday. Went to church. Went out to eat. Had a JR Chef salad and a bake pototo. But was bad ate the bread stick. It was really good. Then we went to see some friends. Well they ordered pizza. But I had only one little bite of hubby's. The people didnt like it that I didnt eat any. They said we got macaroni salad. Can you have that. Then they said we have some pudding stuff. But it was made with yoguart and whipped cream. Thought no better pass on that too. So I drank 3 glasses of water. But I didnt really like the taste of the pizza anyway. After we got home hubby said he didnt care for the pizza. So I really didnt miss out on anything.
    Belle I know what you are talking about. About slow getting back into the bad habits. And sometimes they come so slow that you dont realize it until it is to late. But at least you know what is going on. And you caught it before it is out of control. That is what I have to work on control. I am doing alot better than I use to. But I have to stay away from my trigger foods. You are doing good.
    Well ladies I better get off here. Got son's work clothes in washer. Need to see if they are done and get them dried. Well check back in later. Hope everyone has a wonderful day. Try and stay cool. It going to be humid. Dont like that.

  • COCO...I think you done a great job with your food on Sunday. It was shoved at you every where and you didn't go off the deep end. For me that is so hard to go out and eat and not get the really good stuff. One bread stick isn't bad at all. Sounds like the best thing to had too.
    I have a question. Coco wrote on the board yesterday morning and I didn't get the notice until this morning. Do the notice's take that long to get to any of you?

    I've got to give the program this Thursday night and I need to go and see which one I'm going to do. I have several interesting things I've gathered up off the web. Our contest is over this month and I'm hoping I'm going to win it. Giving a program gives me 10 points. I've got myself back on track with the food the last couple of days and I'm hoping for a good weight loss this week.

  • Hi there everyone, I have been busy running errands today. Had to go over to art teachers house as I thought I had ruin picture I was working on for an art show where I take lessons.But she helped me get it starighten out.
    I have been exercising in pool every day.But still battling that night snacking
