    What are YOUR reasons for losing weight?
    1) So I can wear shorts in the summer and feel comfortable and not die of heat exhaustion
    2) So swimming won't be just a nightmare anymore
    3) Be strong and healthy to fight off illness and have babies
    4) Have the energy not just to walk but RUN away from the cookies
    5) To have a pair of jeans for a long time not have them wear away between the thighs.

    I definitely feel cloudy when I am not eating right and exercising so my favorite one is:

  • My reasons for losing weight:

    1) There is a history of heart disease, diabetes and breast cancer in my family and I would like to do everything possible to reduce my risk of developing these problems.

    2) I want to lead a healthy active lifestyle well into my old age

    3) I would like to have more energy

    4) Have better choices when shopping

    5) Feel confident enough to wear shorts and/or a bathing suit in public
  • Weight loss reasons
    My reasons for wanting to lose weight;

    1. Being able to sit down with out thinking about my pudge
    2. Wearing shorts and not putting the fear of God into people around me.
    3. It makes me feel sexy.
    4. It helps my depression and levels out my moods.
    5. Looking at a pair of pants or a dress, adn knowing that I could wear that.
    6. Being able to know what it's like on both sides: Supporting people who are losing, maintaining, and who have lost already.
  • Not having to buy a bra on line...having my size in a store!

    Looking in my closet and having a choice of clothes that fit!

    Feeling great, confident and healthy!

    Having my knees thank me every morning!
