  • Well, stepped on the scale and of course wasn't surprised at what I saw. It of course is back up to where I started a couple weeks ago. But it's my own fault. I haven't been exercising or drinking the water I know I should be. But when I'm on the go....I don't want to drink water and HAVE to go Looked at my swimming suit and I'm just not brave enough to try it on. I'm going to wait until I ABSOLUTELY have to

    I'm sorry about the scale incident.....you know that happens to all of us. I for one am a bloaty mess this morning. I feel like if you pricked me I would pop! But I will go on and you can too. It is important that we keep on trying. I want to succeed...don't you?

  • I haven't started working out because it has been SUPER hot outside the past few days, and I am feeling really spaced out and light headed...I'm on day 3, so I'm hoping soon it will subside. Do any of you use the ketone sticks? I am debating on whether I should get them or not to see if I am really in ketosis. This morning I ate 2 small sausages with a half a piece of cheese wrapped around each. Yesterday I ate a bigger breakfast but I found I was not hungry for lunch until 2:30! So I think I'm just going to keep breakfast a small meal.
  • I used the ketone sticks. They are kind of expensive. If you start having trouble losing you may want to get them so you can check. Isn't it amazing how you aren't hungry on low carb? You should still try to eat AT LEAST 1000 calories a day though. I'm actually not on Atkins by the way, I'm on Protein Power.
