    Another dreaded cold. I think I may have allergies or something.

    breakfast:
    luna 4/4
    grande decaf nonfat latte (2 milks) 3/7

    lunch:
    amy's enchilada's with roasted veg 4/11
    brocolli

    snack:
    bananas 2/13
    goat milk yoghurt 2/15

    snack2:
    bread and peanutbutter w/lavender honey 3/18

    dinner:
    salad
    turkey breast meat?

    exercise: 1 slow dog putter this am = 30 mins
    1 medium dog putter at lunch= 30 mins w/other dog accompaniment (went much faster)
    1 medium dog putter at dinner/pre-bed

    gym if I'm feeling up to it

    water: si, si in the form of peppermint tea and water, water

    vitamins: si, si

  • Hi y'all. New point range this week since I gained weight with the 4 extra points a day last week, darn it. Now I'm shooting for 20 - 25.
