Good Afternoon all! Couldn't find where anyone had started the thread for this week. I had a very busy weekend and wasn't able to check in. Didn't journal like I should have. Tomorrow I will weigh-in to see how the holiday affected me. Hope everyone is doing great!

Time to get off by b&** and get serious. Last week I started walking at lunch so hopefully that has contributed a little bit to the gain (muscle tone up and all). I've also commited to drink ALL my water. So far today I've had 2 - 20oz. bottles of water. If I can get one more in before I leave work today I'll be happy.
