Aimee, lots of great suggestions here! I kept a couple of older things that I loved and will have altered to fit my new shape. I also have a couple pairs of pants that I'm holding together with safety pins because it saves on buying more pants right now!
Overall, though, I've gotten rid of tons of my bigger clothes. Like Lyria said, it makes me realize that this change is for good and forever.

I'm giving them to consignment shops so we can make a little money back. If they don't sell then the shops donate them to charity. Either way, everyone's a winner! I've kept smaller things that I really like, but there is a ton in my closet that I saved for when I got skinny. I've realized that now that I can fit in to some of them, they aren't my style anymore!

That's kind of fun...and part of becoming thin is realizing that you don't have to buy everything that fits...you can buy things because they fit
and you like them!

Good luck!
