  • Went better this week - I think really breaking it down into tiny little do-able stuff is helping me think I CAN do things

    LAST WEEK
    - fill out my excel spreadsheet truthfully - ACHIEVED
    - exercise X5 - ACHIEVED
    - drink 6 glasses water - ACHIEVED 5/7

    THIS WEEK I WILL
    - fill out my spreadsheet and do more knitting and 'me time' thank last week
    - record glasses of wine on spreadsheet
    - exercise X5
    - drink 6 glasses water every day
