Hi I'm new!

  • I really like this site.........I've posted a few times in the journals, but I may like this too.
    I hope this site helps..........I know I have to do all the work, but a little encouragement does help.

  • I'm hopin' not to screw up on this diet...........I'm pretty much just cuttin' down on what I eat and I belong to a fitness center and try to work out at least 3 times a week.
    Today I worked outside in my gardens.
    You're doin' great too.............keep up the good work!...........nice to meet cha!

    Hi, It's so easy to gain and so hard to loose! Why couldn't it be the other way around! I am working on this too and, same as you, just cutting back and upping the exercise! I know me, and if I try to cut out everything I will just end up eating everything in the house! I think you have to look at this long term anyway. I didn't get this way over night and I won't loose it overnight. I have to learn another way to eat! I do try to eat healthy most of the time, but I love the sweets! I still have something occasionally, but 1 small piece of candy or a couple of cookies instead of setting down with the bag. and, ya know, it's just as satisifying! Freda
