  • is sf jam core, or is it a no count food if yu only have a bit?
  • I would think it's Core. If it's mainly fruit, and there's no added sugar (hence the sugar-free) then it should be Core.

Just my 2 cents worth though ... maybe someone else has a definite answer.
  • kally, the sf jam i'm eating is smuckers 100% all natural spreadable fruit. i decided on my own not to count waps for it. it's 40 calories for a tablespoon. i only use about a teaspoon, especially when i'm spreading it on a muffin top. and since it's 100% fruit, i honestly think it should be core. (am i talking in circles?)

kathy, there's a brand of sf jam made in canada that is on the official core list. smuckers isn't. i have been unable to order the canadian brand over the internet.
  • an almost completely non-core day

d: chips and salsa, beef and chicken fajitas w/ all that goes along
s: ice cream from marble slab

e: no "exercise", but DH and I walked around downtown for over an hour, so that should count for something!!
  • Is it possible there is a canadian core food not availalbe in the US? surely you jest? What's the brand name?
