I just bought the Light popsicle's made by tropicana, and while looking through the nutrition label, i thought of this question.
Each popsicle has 45 calories, 4g of fiber, and .5g of fat. So if i ate two popsicles, it would be 90 cals, 8g of fiber, and 1 g of fat, and that would still be considered under one point, correct?
thank you
Nancy
It is a very high 1 point and it would depend on if you are eating them at the same time. If you are doing in it at different times each would be 1 point, same time you could make it 1 point for both.
Sometimes if you do eat two 1pt items at one time it can become 3pts. Just double everything to make sure. Calorie, fat and fiber.
That goes for a lot of things.... 2 - 2pt times eaten at one time can become 5. Just be careful to check.
I found that about about 2oz of Frozen yogurt. I was calling it 4.....it WAS 5!! when I did the calculations.
Good luck....

Where's all the fiber coming from? Orange pulp or an added source?
More than likely just with the ice creams that Skinny Cow and W/W makes is a little of both..natural and added.
