Goals: week of May 22nd

  • A bit late, but these are my goals for the week
    - fill out my excel spreadsheet truthfully
    - exercise X5
    - drink 6 glasses water
    LAST WEEK'S GOALS
    1. 5X exercise - ACHIEVED!
    2. Drink 2l water every day ACHIEVED!
    3. No wine before 8.30pm Sun-Thurs
    4. No sweet snacks ACHIEVEDbut let's not mention dessert at my SIL on Saturday...
    5. Track ACHIEVED!

    So actually although I felt like a bit of a failure, I achieved most of my goals. Good.
