Ugh! Need to get back on track after a weekend in Florida... and my birthday the weekend before. Guess this is a good place to start.

Lunch:

WW Santa Fe Beans & Rice [5/8]
Snack:
Small Sugar Free/Fat Free Frozen Yogurt (Rasberry Royale) [2/10]
Dinner:
Blimpie Mexi Garden Burger on White w/free condiments [6.5/16.5]
Snack: ???
Excercise: softball and hopefully minimum of 20 minutes on an excercise machine (depends what time I get out of work!)
