I know the feeling! One thing that helps me is to eat something with protein in it within a half hour after exercising. If I do that, I don't get as hungry for the rest of the day, but if I don't, I'm starving all day!
My problem seems to be that I totally keep it together Monday - Friday, but as soon as the weekend hits it's all bad! I don't exercise on the weekend (though I try to do some activity that usually involves walking a lot), and all my "cheat" meals are on the weekends. At least it gives me a lot of motivation to do well during the week!
