You'll find since you have so little to lose that it will come off slowly. This is normal and good...it makes it less likely for you to gain it back. If you like Mexican food, try the Taco Bake...it's in the recipe forum and is delicious!
On Phase 2, you can have WW tortillas, which should be easy to find in SoCal. Just make sure that the ones you buy have whole wheat flour and NO enriched flour in the ingredient lists. I think La Tortilla Factory makes a good one.
